Lancer produces a range of fenders - both standard and custom - to ensure your boat has the docking protection it deserves.
Lancer's fenders are built from tough Hypalon or foam in various "production" and custom formats. We ship internationally and supply fenders for super yachts, commercial and recreational activities.
Lancer fenders inflate and deflate in seconds, store easily, and are lightweight - so any member of your crew can handle them. Click below to talk to us about how Lancer Fenders can keep your boat safe - or see some examples of Lancer fenders in action below.
Lancer fenders are made out of high quality construction using the world’s finest inflatable material ‘Hypalon’. We can customize the fittings to your needs and offer a variety of colors.
Cylindrical Fenders can be made in virtually any diameter and length. The attachment system is usually built into the end and can either be a stainless steel “D” Ring or a webbing loop. For additional abrasion resistance, Lancer “Armour Cladding” can be applied to selected areas.
Cylindrical fenders can be made from three different weights of fabric. The Standard weight 990dtex is ideal for boats up to 60ft (depending on the number of fenders). Heavy weight 1020dtex is ideal for all boat sizes. Our final weight, double cladding, is normally only used in harsh commercial conditions.
Lancer’s unique Layflat fenders are made from high-strength hypalon drop-stitch. This is an incredibly tough material that has excellent fendering characteristics.
Layflat Fenders sit flat against the hull and will therefore not roll out of position ensuring maximum protection. They also have maximum coverage relative to the height of a round fender. These are an excellent solution for compact fendering.
In the “on water” mode like Airodock they make great platforms to tow behind a boat, snorkel/dive from or for sunbathing. Layflat fenders are ideal where large areas of protection are required. The material is 200mm thick, and can be supplied in various lengths or widths. Where possible, 1.4m is the most economic width. The normal attachment method is to hang the fender over the transom by means of stainless steel “D” Rings.
